Classes
Group classes are held in Ealing and Richmond in West London, and online. Beginner group classes are held in Ealing. Teacher observation with consequent correction of student exercise positions are important elements of successful Pilates teaching and class sizes are restricted to 12 people to ensure students receive personal attention. During the 60 minute class, Julia will explain and/or demonstrate each exercise for students to follow. Exercises will focus on core body strength, joint mobility and spinal flexibility. Please ensure you bring an exercise mat with you to classes.
