Julia is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She is patient and kind and very knowledgable, making sure I do all the exercises correctly. I have 1-2-1 classes with her and each one is different and the time flys by. She has taken time to understand my limitations and makes variations to the exercises to help me. Even after a few classes I felt better and now I look forward to them every week, not only has my mobility and flexibility improved but I feel so much better mentally too. Thank you Julia!
